Shipping policy
Order Processing
Orders will be processed within 1–3 business days once payment is verified. Weekends and national holidays are excluded. During peak seasons and promotions, processing time may be extended, and we will notify you via email when necessary.
Shipping Options & Estimated Time
All parcels are shipped from our UK warehouse.
- Standard Shipping: Free on orders over £50. Estimated transit time: 4–22 business days after dispatch.
- Expedited Shipping: £8.99 for orders below £50. Estimated transit time: 2–14 business days after dispatch.
Delivery timelines are only estimates. Delays can happen due to customs inspection, remote locations, bad weather or carrier issues, which are out of our control.
Tracking Information
You will get an email with tracking number once your package is shipped. Tracking data may take up to 48 hours to update on the carrier’s website.
Delivery Address
Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. We cannot reroute packages after shipment. We take no responsibility for lost or returned parcels caused by wrong or incomplete addresses.
Import Taxes & Duties
For international shipments, import duties, VAT and customs fees may apply in your country. These fees are borne by the buyer and are not included in item price or shipping fee.
Lost & Damaged Items
If your clothes arrive damaged, kindly message us within 48 hours after delivery and attach photos of the outer package and defective goods. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, contact us within 20 days from dispatch for an investigation.
